Chris Lukhaup – der Crusta- und Plantahunter war 2016 in Indonesien / West Papua beim Lake Ajamaru sowie in der Nähe von Teminabuan unterwegs und brachte zwei schöne aber auch interessante Videos von Cherax boesemani und den als Cherax cf. pulcher „blue moon“ bekannten Flußkrebsen mit, welche wir nachfolgend auch gerne zeigen möchten.
In 2016 i visited the Lake Ajamaru to check on the crayfish there. Back in 2008 i described Cherax bosemani from that lake. Beautiful place..just a bit dangerous ..local people are very conflictive. Cherax boesemani has 4-5 colormorphs…that we know of. |– Chris Lukhaup
